The project was realized in 2002 in the settlement Osterstein on a hill above the village Arzl im Pitztal. The compact project includes four apartments. The front is paneled with gray fiber cement and four small wooden windows stand out prominently from the neighboring houses. The rest of the house is clad with untreated plywood panels.

The rooms of each apartment are oriented to the southeast or southwest. The south-facing living rooms are equipped with floor-to-ceiling French windows that extend the space to the terrace and open up the view of the village. The upper floor has a ceiling height of 3.80 m. The four 82 m² 3 bedroom apartments include: individual fireplace connections and doors instead of windows in each room.
