The residential and commercial building is a model and representative project, not only in terms of quality, innovation and design, but also in terms of the respectful and careful design and development of the village center. In order to comply with today's quality standard, the existing building was demolished and rebuilt in the same traditional style. The new finds itself next to the old, traditional texts reinterpreted, and as such, the social and cultural value of this central village square was preserved.

The result is a residential and commercial building with 25 units. The apartment sizes vary between about 30 - 100m² and are equipped either with a garden, balcony or terrace.

In the basement (1.UG) are the underground parking spaces, stroller and bicycle storage rooms, the garbage room, basement compartments and the technical room for heating. Additional car parking is located above ground. The entrance area is on the west side in the middle of the building or via lift in the underground garage. The individual residential units and the basement can be reached via the staircase or a lift.

Conclusion: The former "Hotel Post" remains a town icon with a contemporary look.
