NEW YEAR - NEW PROJECT
by Iris Marweld-Stoll
2018 began with "wonderful" tasks for me as an interior designer. Along with architect Florian Niedworok, I'm designing the coworking space "The Wonderful" in Innsbruck in Pembaurstraße. This has been a new and interesting challenge - the establishment of a functional co-working space, which must include aspects that make a wide variety of people feel like they are working in their own private living area.
Much has been discussed in the development phase, planning, collecting, sketching, designing, discarding .... step by step something wonderful is emmerging. I love to work in a team, because the result is more than the sum of its parts and that is very rewarding.
The process has begun, but there is still work to be done. Join us on Instagram @die_wohnstylistin @florianniedworok @das.wundervoll

The end of the year is often marked by hustle, bustle and last-minute errands. This year has shown nature in its finest winter dress - peaceful, contemplative and full of magic. And that's what I wish you all a quiet and cozy Christmas in your home.
... full of joy and confidence for 2018!
Thank you for your trust :-)
Since 2016, a mix of industrial and vintage style is awaiting guests of CAFIE in Imst.
The interior was designed by Iris Marweld-Stoll, MA (Interior Designer) in collaboration with Dipl.Ing. Hanno Parth (architect).
With spring we are drawn more and more to the outdoors! We enjoy every ray of sunshine and find ourselves - whenever is time to do so - a place outdoors. Now is the time where we start actively bringing our gardens into shape and to free our balconies and terraces from the traces of hibernation. The colors of the flowers bring us into joyful optimism, grateful for the beauty that surrounds us.
Let's be colorful!

Mirrors come in all shapes and styles; large, small, modern, rustic, round, oval square... there are no limits! In addition to a functional significance, a space can be enlarged depending on the placement and position of the mirrors. The effects are startling.
Give it a try!
Just in time for Christmas time, the furniture shop Le Manoir hosted a celebration of Advent and their new collection was presented. The extraordinary shop in the Romedihof in Imst / Karrösten offered the right atmosphere to get into the Christmas spirit. Opening times every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday!

Wallpaper is back "IN". After the boom in the 90s, wallpaper went out of favor for some time - but we are experiencing a "come back". The variety of colors, patterns and styles are great and the materials have come a long way.
Here is a mix of materials, which gives the appearance of a animal skin wallpaper. With the new generation of wallpaper, many effects and accents can be put in your home. A wide range is offered at LE MANOIR in Imst / Karrösten. Let yourself be inspired!

Summer is here and we love the long balmy evenings outdoors. The buyers of our residential projects can now enjoy the summer outside on their terrace, balcony or garden barbecuing, relaxing or just enjoying.
Let your mind wander. Now is the right time for it. A beautiful summer ensues.

Each apartment involves important decisions that largely determine the general ambience. This involves the selection of materials and colors of the floor, doors and walls, as well as the basic style (eg. modern atmosphere, country style, ...). Just as important for the ambiance are selected decorative elements that can completely alter the atmosphere.
In conjunction with the establishment of Boutique Le Manoir in Imst, this month I want to show you how you can put together a small outdoor seating area. Bring color into play and decorate old chairs - whether wood or plastic - with colorful cushions. This makes for a more comfortable seating option and turns an old chair into an eye-catcher. Complete with colorful cups and trays for snacks.
Why not sit on the floor?! Try it and set up a small corner lounge on your balcony, your terrace or garden. A carpet in natural material fits particularly well and defines the lounge area. Generously draped pillows in different sizes and colors and a large bowl for cool drinks and smaller bowls for snacks bring a touch of the South into your outdoor areas.
Get into the spring mood and enjoy the weekend with a sunny day on your balcony or in your garden.
On the topic of Living, spring has returned. Temperatures are warmer and we spend much needed time outdoors. We long for green pastures and enjoy nature while the days grow longer and longer. Now it's time to move our living rooms to the outdoors, either on the balcony, the terrace or in the garden. Design and decorate your outside space. Your soul will thank you for creating a good mood!
Have you ever adorned one of your trees? You'll find striking trees with widely ramified branches are particularly useful. If you have no garden but do have a balcony or terrace, then why not hang a beautiful mobile or wind chime in your balcony.
This creates atmosphere ....
